Steelcote Flats is a luxury apartment multifamily housing project, located in a postindustrial urban landscape just south of St. Louis City’s Mill Creek Valley neighborhood in a multi-building development along with two historic adaptive reuse buildings, Steelcote Lofts and Steelcote Crossing.  The building is a new-construction 6-story-tall modern structure with a lower-level garage and street-facing retail spaces. Steelcote Flats hosts the tenant amenities for the adjacent Steelcote properties, including an on-site fitness center, business center, dog park, bike storage, lounge and shared lounge kitchen, as well as an expansive rooftop amenity deck with a pool.  Daniela Grushevska played a key role on the project prior to the foundation of DG7 Design by leading the interior design scope within the architectural team.  The project was completed in 2022 during Daniela Grushevska’s employment at Trivers and photographed by Fentress Photography.
